Terms of use

These terms govern visits to apieventgrid.digital and enrolment discussions with Apieventgrid. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please leave the site and write to us only by post if you must.

Acceptance

Browsing public pages is permission to read, not a licence to copy our worksheets or to present our definitions as your consultancy product. Submitting an enquiry form is a request for information, not a contract of enrolment. A contract exists only when we send a written confirmation and you accept the invoice terms referenced there.

Programmes and informational pricing

Course descriptions and prices on this site are informational. Seats, dates, and inclusions can change before confirmation. This website does not process payments. Any fee is handled off-site under a separate invoice. Workshop names and durations may be adjusted to match room size.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to share the campaign data you bring into a lab. Do not upload secrets, production credentials, or personal data you are not allowed to process. Redact where needed. We may refuse or pause a seat if access looks unlawful or unsafe.

Intellectual property

Site copy, worksheets, scorecards, and the Signal to Send syllabus structure are owned by Apieventgrid or its licensors. Enrolled operators receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use worksheets inside their employer for internal reporting. You may not resell, publish, or teach our materials as your own curriculum. Third-party trademarks (FCM, APNs, ESP vendors) remain their owners’ property and appear only for identification.

Student work

Work you produce on your own catalogue remains yours. We may reference anonymised patterns in teaching if they cannot reasonably identify your company. Named case studies appear only with permission.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or use it to send unsolicited marketing. Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Apieventgrid.

Liability

The site and public articles are educational commentary, not professional advice for a specific implementation. To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Apieventgrid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on public pages, including lost revenue from a campaign decision. For enrolled programmes, liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant intake, except where Thai law does not allow such a limit (including fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Availability

We aim to keep pages available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Studio days and live sessions may move for public holidays in Thailand or instructor illness; we will offer a make-up where reasonable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya (or another competent Thai court if required) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer protections that apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below is the last revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the new text for future visits. Enrolment contracts already signed follow their own amendment rules.
