Legal
Privacy notice
This notice explains how Apieventgrid handles personal data when you visit apieventgrid.digital, send an enquiry, or enrol in a programme. It is written for operators and visitors, not as a substitute for Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) text itself.
Data controller
Apieventgrid is the controller for site enquiries and enrolment records. Contact: Street: Moo 9, Thanu, Uthai; City: Uthai; State/province/area: Phra Nakhon Si Ayutth; Zip code: 13210; Country calling code: +66; Country: Thailand. Email: info@apieventgrid.digital. Phone: 66 0-3522-6535.
What we collect
From the enquiry form: name, email, optional topic, and message content. If you enrol, we additionally keep invoice details, programme choice, and worksheet submissions you choose to share. Server logs may include IP address, user agent, and requested path for security. Cookie identifiers are described in the cookie notice.
Catalogue screenshots you send may contain personal data of your end users. You are responsible for redacting before upload. We treat what remains as confidential teaching material and do not use it for marketing.
Purposes and legal bases
We reply to enquiries and administer programmes (contract or steps prior to contract). We keep limited records to meet tax and accounting duties in Thailand (legal obligation). We may send a single follow-up about a waitlist you asked to join (consent or legitimate interest in completing your request). We do not sell lists.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months, then deleted or archived in a form that no longer identifies you. Enrolment and invoice records are kept for the period required by Thai tax rules, typically at least five years from the relevant accounting period. Worksheet copies are deleted 12 months after a cohort ends unless you ask us to keep them for Operator Circle reviews. Security logs rotate within 90 days unless an incident investigation is open.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand. To exercise rights, email info@apieventgrid.digital with enough detail for us to find your record. We may need to verify identity.
Processors and international transfers
Email hosting, invoicing, and video-class tools may store data outside Thailand (for example Singapore or the European Union). Where we transfer personal data abroad, we use contractual safeguards and vendor assessments appropriate under Thai PDPA. We will not move enrolment files to a new region without updating this notice.
Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts servers when you load a page. That request is a technical transfer initiated by your browser; see the cookie notice for how to limit similar third-party calls.
Children
Programmes are aimed at working operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete the record.
Changes
We will revise this notice when our practices change. The date below is the latest version. Material changes that affect enrolled students will also be emailed where we have a working address.
